It sounds so much better in person and in gear (idle drops to 750). Ignore the fact that the exhaust is held up by wire and that the sway bar is upside down (I was 15 and that was my first job on the car). So much glub glub glub glub. When I get the cash, the exhaust is going to be completely redone. I've got some flowmaster super 40s, exhaust cut outs (because racecar), and OE style tips ready to go on the new system. I want an X-pipe too.

I want to swap 3.73 gears in for my 3.08 gears so the bar will have to come off anyways.

Without the mufflers on the thing sounds very much like an old can am car.

Have you nailed train tracks with it yet? I have a friend who goes through about 3 sets of mufflers a year in his 3000mk3 because the exhaust is so low.
I found the right window switch, so expect some super burbly action out of the wagon when I get to the exhaust with cutouts.

I'm running the exhaust set up my car had when the chevy 350 was in the car. The tips use to be circular but have been ground down to their current state from hitting the road.

Sounds awesome. When I get my car (hopefully with a High revving V6) I'll plan on doing something similar.
